Welcome to our AI-powered applications and services ("Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

Summary: Our apps use AI to generate creative content like stickers, images, and other media. You own the content you create, but you must use the Services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA), and you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Our apps provide AI-powered creative tools that allow you to:

  • Generate AI stickers, images, and other creative content
  • Edit and customize AI-generated content
  • Save and manage your created content
  • Share your creations on social platforms

We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Replicate, Fal.ai, and others) to power our generation features. Your content is processed by these providers subject to their respective terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. AI-Generated Content

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original images and content you upload to our Services. For AI-generated outputs created from your inputs, you own the rights to use, modify, and distribute that content, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must have the legal right to use any images you upload
  • You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws

3.2 AI Limitations

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may vary and are not always predictable
  • Generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected results
  • We cannot guarantee that outputs will meet your specific requirements

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
  • Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our Services
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload our Services

Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed in the app
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through App Store or Google Play
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google's refund policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services ends immediately

  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
